It has the full length breech bar to give the option of travelling one horse in the middle as well as the normal partition.

There is the usual Bateson saddle rack and (new) cover.

The rubber skirts on the central partition are gone but this does not affect the safety of the trailer. They were not in place when I bought it so I had them renewed but they tore very quickly.

Electrics are in full working order.

It is in really fantastic condition and belies its age due to the care it has had here.

The trailer will give many years of safe service and is only for sale as I have bought another Bateson trailer. I wouldn’t have anything else.

Once you’ve had a Bateson you won’t have anything else. It has left unload and the partitions are so easy to remove it can be done single-handedly – you don’t have to be overly-strong either!

Due to recently buying a young horse, I am now looking for the right person to take my 16.1hh, 13yo Dutch Warmblood gelding on loan/share.

Flash is a 2 year old gelding standing at around 12hh. He is well handled and has been introduced to the bit and saddle which he did not bat an eyelid at. He is a friendly boy but he is used to company so ideally would like a home with other ponies/ horses. Good with vet/ farrier etc.

Picture taken as yearling so bit bigger now. Sad sale as he is a much loved pony but needs to be out and about and not stuck in a field. Good home more important than price.

Welsh x chestnut/ strawberry roan pony. Stands around 12hh. Lovely nature - first to come to you in field and easily led / handled etc. Daughter leads her in / out of field and grooms her.

Penny is 6 years old but was only sent away to be broken in as a 5 year old as bought at 3 and found to be in foal. Foaled herself and great mum to coloured foal who is now 2. We still have him too!

She went to a couple of shows last year and entered several lead-rein classes and was always 1st or second. Daughter now lost interest in riding.

She has been to beach. She has been ridden regularly, generally once a week, by a competent rider up until 3 weeks ago. Will trek for hours first or last. Good with vet/ farrier/ dentist/ traffic. Not spooky.

Not a first pony as needs further schooling as only just learning.

She has been lunged and long reined in full driving harness with no problems.
