We are looking for a yard to rent, preferably long term. Residential accomodation alongside stables/outbuildings and grazing in the east Ayrshire area would be ideal, but the whole of Ayrshire considered.
We would be happy to rent in the interim and consider purchase at an agreed later date. Preferably with grazing included or able to be rented nearby. Would prefer to live onsite but without accomodation also considered.
An outdoor school is needed or the permission to install one.
The yard will be used to keep our own horses and run an Equestrian business from. Full business plan on request, references available. Happy to discuss and come to an agreement with owner, any possibilities considered.

Flute is a charming forward-thinking pony with really good paces. He has done all the Pony Club activities and has been in the Eglinton Hunt Junior Dressage team for the past 3 years. be brought on by someone who has plenty of time and plenty of experience,

doing well, a bit fizzy but nothing that an experienced rider couldnt
