My name is Struan, you may have seen me on this site a few times, but I'm not a bad boy!!
I'm a happy 19 yrs young highland pony, who is looking for another aunty or uncle, because my previous aunty's have either moved away or about to pop with a baby!!
I love to go out hacking with my friends or on my own, and love being taken away places eg shows, endurances, beach etc, when we have transport. I've been there, done that, so can be cheeky if you let me away with it, but am a very good boy with the right person on board. I live out just now, and am brought in through winter.
My mum is looking for someone who could do 3 days a week and contribute towards my keep. This would include sharing cost of shoes, feed and grazing rent through the summer with bedding added to this through winter.

Rider wanted:- I have a beautiful 16'2hh, 18 yr old warmblood mare and a lovely 16hh 26yr old gelding who would love a little more grooming and riding than I can give them. The mare is not a novice ride, can be a spooky on hacks, but will happily work at novice level dressage (when she is fit enough), & possibly more. Though lazy, she loves to work! The gelding is fairly bomb-proof, but can still be pretty lively and will go anywhere and will happily pop over little jumps. Both horses are safe and sane. Work and kids make it impossible for me to do either of them justice and I am looking for the perfect person (adult, own transport, reasonable riding ability) to help keep them ticking along. No money, stable duties required...(although perfect might include a desire to clean tack, I won't insist!) The horses are kept at my own quiet yard near Dunlop. Hacking is mainly (quiet) roadwork. Have outdoor school. Would love company when I have time to trailer horses out to beach or park,or on Sunday mornings, but rider will mainly be on his/her own. A very well looked after Bates 17" general purpose saddle in black leather with Cair system Saddle is 6 month old and is currently fitted with the green medium narrow gullet. 3 Different size gullets come with the saddle. (narrow/medium, medium, medium/wide, and wide) This is a really great saddle and a genuine sale. Great condition with no repairs. Warranty also included. There is a rub mark on each side where the stirrup leathers feed but really does not detract from the quality of the saddle and cannot be seen once the leathers are in place. 16hh mare for loan.Good natured but not a novice ride. Has been turned away for a while butwould be a great project for someone as she has tons of potential. She is coming on 8 years old now and is really fun and safe once you get her going. Good in traffic, 100% to load, shoe etc. Really honest - will do anything for you. School master, exc in traffic, box, shoe clip.
Lovely pony, fit and ready to show, excells in the show ring, and workers.
My daughter is now too big for him, and sadly we must find a 5 star home for this much loved pony.
He is well bred, and has an excellent showing record, only been to 2 shows this season and already qual for PUK-Kingsford, Amateur Riders, Home Produced, and Baileys Feed Ridden final, at Blair International and is sold with ride.
Hugo is an amazing pony, who will take any child safely into the ring, and come out winning...he is a fun pony with a wonderful character, he has definately got the wow factor.

My name is Struan, you may have seen me on this site a few times, but I'm not a bad boy!!
I'm a happy 19 yrs young highland pony, who is looking for another aunty or uncle, because my previous aunty's have either moved away or about to pop with a baby!!
I love to go out hacking with my friends or on my own, and love being taken away places eg shows, endurances, beach etc, when we have transport. I've been there, done that, so can be cheeky if you let me away with it, but am a very good boy with the right person on board. I live out just now, and am brought in through winter.
My mum is looking for someone who could do 3 days a week and contribute towards my keep. This would include sharing cost of shoes, feed and grazing rent through the summer with bedding added to this through winter.

Rider wanted:- I have a beautiful 16'2hh, 18 yr old warmblood mare and a lovely 16hh 26yr old gelding who would love a little more grooming and riding than I can give them. The mare is not a novice ride, can be a spooky on hacks, but will happily work at novice level dressage (when she is fit enough), & possibly more. Though lazy, she loves to work! The gelding is fairly bomb-proof, but can still be pretty lively and will go anywhere and will happily pop over little jumps. Both horses are safe and sane. Work and kids make it impossible for me to do either of them justice and I am looking for the perfect person (adult, own transport, reasonable riding ability) to help keep them ticking along. No money, stable duties required...(although perfect might include a desire to clean tack, I won't insist!) The horses are kept at my own quiet yard near Dunlop. Hacking is mainly (quiet) roadwork. Have outdoor school. Would love company when I have time to trailer horses out to beach or park,or on Sunday mornings, but rider will mainly be on his/her own. A very well looked after Bates 17" general purpose saddle in black leather with Cair system Saddle is 6 month old and is currently fitted with the green medium narrow gullet. 3 Different size gullets come with the saddle. (narrow/medium, medium, medium/wide, and wide) This is a really great saddle and a genuine sale. Great condition with no repairs. Warranty also included. There is a rub mark on each side where the stirrup leathers feed but really does not detract from the quality of the saddle and cannot be seen once the leathers are in place. She is coming on 8 years old now and is really fun and safe once you get her going. Good in traffic, 100% to load, shoe etc. Really honest - will do anything for you. I love to go out hacking with my friends or on my own, and love being taken away places eg shows, endurances, beach etc, when we have transport. I've been there, done that, so can be cheeky if you let me away with it, but am a very good boy with the right person on board. I live out just now, and am brought in through winter.
My mum is looking for someone who could do 3 days a week and contribute towards my keep. This would include sharing cost of shoes, feed and grazing rent through the summer with bedding added to this through winter.

Rider wanted:- I have a beautiful 16'2hh, 18 yr old warmblood mare and a lovely 16hh 26yr old gelding who would love a little more grooming and riding than I can give them. The mare is not a novice ride, can be a spooky on hacks, but will happily work at novice level dressage (when she is fit enough), & possibly more. Though lazy, she loves to work! The gelding is fairly bomb-proof, but can still be pretty lively and will go anywhere and will happily pop over little jumps. Both horses are safe and sane. Work and kids make it impossible for me to do either of them justice and I am looking for the perfect person (adult, own transport, reasonable riding ability) to help keep them ticking along. No money, stable duties required...(although perfect might include a desire to clean tack, I won't insist!) The horses are kept at my own quiet yard near Dunlop. Hacking is mainly (quiet) roadwork. Have outdoor school. Would love company when I have time to trailer horses out to beach or park,or on Sunday mornings, but rider will mainly be on his/her own. A very well looked after Bates 17" general purpose saddle in black leather with Cair system Saddle is 6 month old and is currently fitted with the green medium narrow gullet. 3 Different size gullets come with the saddle. (narrow/medium, medium, medium/wide, and wide) This is a really great saddle and a genuine sale. Great condition with no repairs. Warranty also included. There is a rub mark on each side where the stirrup leathers feed but really does not detract from the quality of the saddle and cannot be seen once the leathers are in place. 16hh mare for loan
16hh mare for loan.Good natured but not a novice ride. Has been turned away for a while butwould be a great project for someone as she has tons of potential. She is coming on 8 years old now and is really fun and safe once you get her going. Good in traffic, 100% to load, shoe etc. Really honest - will do anything for you. Has never really done much apart from some schooling and hacking but would be a good fun horse for local shows etc with the right person. For either full/part loan.
